Beth Lochmiller is a highly experienced attorney at Lochmiller Bond, where she has been providing expert legal counsel and representation for nearly 30 years. With a deep background in civil litigation, business law, and insurance defense, Beth brings a wealth of knowledge to clients of all 120 Kentucky counties. Licensed to practice in both Kentucky and Pennsylvania, Beth has successfully represented clients in complex matters, ranging from personal injury and insurance disputes to business torts, and large loss appraisals delivering favorable outcomes through trial, appellate advocacy and negotiation.
Before opening Lochmiller Bond in 2024, Beth practiced with Coleman Lochmiller & Bond for nearly three decades, developing a reputation as a skilled litigator and trusted advisor. Over the years, Beth has represented a broad spectrum of clients, always with a focus on achieving practical solutions that protect their interests and resolve disputes effectively and efficiently.
In addition to her legal practice, Beth has demonstrated strong leadership within the legal community. She currently serves as the Southern Regional Director for DRI, working with and advocating for defense attorneys in Kentucky, Tennessee and Mississippi. Beth has also held key roles with the Kentucky Defense Counsel (KDC), including President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, Philanthropy Chair, and Women in the Law Chair where she works to advance the defense bar’s interests and support community-based initiatives. Beth continues her efforts to support KDC and it members as a member of the organization’s Board.
A passionate advocate for both professional development and community service, Beth is also deeply involved in local charitable work. She currently serves as the Board Chair for the Central Kentucky Community Foundation, which supports regional nonprofit organizations and initiatives. Additionally, Beth serves as the Foundations Chair of the Development Committee where she assists in the work of the committee identifying community needs and developing a local donor base to fulfill those needs. Beth also co-chairs a local church’s Christmas Gift Tree program, providing gifts and holiday cheer to over 200 children in the community each year.
Beth Lochmiller earned his/her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1994, after completing a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology, with a minor in Chemistry, from Bucknell University in 1990.
