Brandon T. Lally

Brandon Lally was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, and after spending some time in Cincinnati and Cleveland, moved to Elizabethtown at the age of seven (7). He attended Centre College and began practicing law in 2011 after graduating from the University of Kentucky – J. David Rosenberg College of Law. 

Brandon served as a law clerk for the firm dating back to 2005, and joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2011. He, along with Keith Bond, Beth Lochmiller, Eric Hamilton and Andrew Garverich, created what is now known as Lochmiller Bond Attorneys. He has successfully litigated cases in state and federal courts across the Commonwealth of Kentucky, to include nearly all of Kentucky’s 120 counties. His practice areas include insurance defense, coverage opinions, wrongful death and catastrophic injury, premises liability, construction defects and accidents, automobile negligence, and wills/estates. 

Brandon is a member of the Kentucky Defense Counsel and was recognized as the Kentucky Defense Counsel Young Lawyer of the Year in 2016. He has also been recognized as a “Kentucky Rising Star” by Super Lawyers each year from 2021 to present.

Family means everything to Brandon. He and his wife, Leslie, a local educator, married in 2011 and have three (3) children. All three children are very active in athletics – to include soccer, basketball, gymnastics, and football. Brandon is very active in the community and spends his free time coaching his children and other youth in the area. He has coached – and continues to coach – for the Elizabethtown Football Club, Lincoln Trail Elementary Boys’ Basketball, Elizabethtown Youth Soccer Association, Elizabethtown Flag Football League, and has coached or assisted with several soccer and basketball academies hosted by the Bluegrass Sportsplex. 

Brandon enjoys reading, running, being outdoors, spending time with family, loves everything Christmas, and is a huge fan of Notre Dame football, University of Kentucky basketball – and is an unapologetic Cleveland sports fan, to include the Guardians, Cavaliers, and, yes, the Browns.
